Jeremy is an associate attorney and we are all thrilled to have him stay with us in this new role. You may remember Jeremy as a full time legal assistant at our offices for 2 years prior to his going to Law School at William and Mary, and as a part-time legal assistant during his Law School career. So he had been with us for over 5 years and had lots of experience with all of our practice areas even before becoming an attorney himself. After working on cases in the background for those 5 years, he is very qualified and excited to be taking on the role of lead attorney on his own cases!
Jeremy is currently licensed to practice law in all state courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Jeremy is our 'go to guy' for most probate and estate litigation matters, as well as both misdemeanor and felony criminal matters. He is also quite capable of handling any legal situation.
